I figured two races with that many boats in each one. That's what was in Harrison. And in St Clair there were three races with that many in each. And those are farther north by a little. Just a three hour drive from this site.

Those are all nice boats, I wish they were is just 2 classes so there wouldn't be so many 1 or 2 boat classes. I hope the turnout doesn't taint the city for future events it is a great site and Lake Michigan deserves an offshore race.

Are Professional Photographers welcome to come shoot the events with intent to sell and promote the events, or is a fee and a demand for the copyrights still being requested ?

Huge Spectator turn out rivaling Sarasota. Town loved it. Some said to have signed 1200 autographs. Race day rough and rougher at one end.
