I don't think the length of the video is a problem, because if you are interested in that type of training you will watch to pick up the moves. However you do have to catch the attention of the viewer immediately. I thought the part with him walking into the gym was way to long, perhaps not even needed. Maybe something dramatic like a door slam, then a gym bag drop (with a loud thud), followed by something explosive, like a close up of a bicep as he punches the bag, then pan out to his whole body as he throws some more punches and kicks. He also should wear more revealing and tighter work out clothing, and a some baby oil to make his skin glisten and get the sweat to bead up. Does he have ripped abs, if so have a shot where after he bench's he lifts his shirt to wipe some sweat off his forehead. There were to many dark scenes, and I was not a big fan of the music, it almost sounded a bit like Scottish/Celtic music. The place looks awesome, good luck
