hey guys i know ive been absent for a few months but its all been for work. give me your opinion about the promo video we will be running on our new web page to promote our mma training facility i built into my new health club. everyone of our fighters will have there own video to promote themselves... give me your input

Sweet facility, how much was he benching??

Two things, probably too long to keep someones attention. So put the strong points first.

Try to fade instead of cut/blaclk/instant between scenes. And I don't kow how they do it. I just think it would flow a little better and save a little time.

Nice operation.

hes benching 405

how long do you think is the optimum tim to keep attention on the web? 2 min???

im going to have videos for all the fighter to showcase themselves and attract bigger venues. some of these guys are ready to see some big time fighters

I think you need to test a few guinea pigs from your target audience.

If it's exciting and interesting, keeps attention going. If it hits a slow spot, surfing happens.

So maybe intermingle the weights/excercises with the sparring/fighting?

Hey Andy!

Long time. Glad all is OK.

everything is great buddy! work really took me out of the world for awhile, im working back on the boat and have started to take some time away from work again. i see everything here is good! thats great to see...

Looks like an awesome facility. I agree with the above...do a fade-out instead of a black screena dn try to cut it down to 90 secs...thats when i shut it down.

I don't think the length of the video is a problem, because if you are interested in that type of training you will watch to pick up the moves. However you do have to catch the attention of the viewer immediately. I thought the part with him walking into the gym was way to long, perhaps not even needed. Maybe something dramatic like a door slam, then a gym bag drop (with a loud thud), followed by something explosive, like a close up of a bicep as he punches the bag, then pan out to his whole body as he throws some more punches and kicks. He also should wear more revealing and tighter work out clothing, and a some baby oil to make his skin glisten and get the sweat to bead up. Does he have ripped abs, if so have a shot where after he bench's he lifts his shirt to wipe some sweat off his forehead. There were to many dark scenes, and I was not a big fan of the music, it almost sounded a bit like Scottish/Celtic music. The place looks awesome, good luck

I've never seen her post before 6:00......:)

That's because I am at the gym at that time silly :) guys are not the only ones that work out you know:26:.

At my gym I see more women working with male trainers than with women trainers, so don't underestimate the beefcake factor when advertising
