46 Outerlimits - Jet dock

There is a 46' Cig that just showed up near us that is on the same style dock. 700 SCI Mercs. with NXT Drives.

As I understand it, you power on most of the way, then winch it up the rest....how do you get it OFF?!?! and if you do power it up like I said, what kind of scraping does the bottom of the hull get?

Anyone have one of these?

What he said. I wonder if the steps get caught up on the lift when back off?????? If I could afford either of those types of boats I would buy a different type of lift. Most of the boats in the area of the 46RR that SC mentioned are on Alumavator lifts, which are the cats a$$ in my opinion!

Probably a simple cheap alternative to a real lift.

Do you know how that 46RR with the 700's runs? Looked like a great idea with triple 700's and I suspect it was the blue 46 sold by Grand Sport. Boat they sold was awesome, great colors/paint scheme.

Some places don't allow "permanent" lifts so these work since they can be removed. The docks are floating as well. I have no idea about this particular area but know some in my area skirt the laws this way.

Yeah but if you can afford that boat come on whats a couple g for a nice lift??? This is the boat that was sold by GSC, no idea on how it runs? It just showed up last weekend, I don't know the owner and I don't think I know anybody who does. Your right the boat is awesome!

Actually the boat slides up on two large round tubes that run length wise. Nothing to catch on at all. Very similar to a jet ski set up.

The JET DOCK is undeniably the best lift available in the World today! The lifts are infinitely modular, changeable, expandable, adaptable, and reconfigurable. They come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and provide unparalleled access to one's watercraft. The JET DOCK is the equivalent to having a full-time fork-lift operator standing-by your wet-slip to put your boat on a work-dolly when not being used. You've got complete access to safely walk-around the boat and perform general washing, waxing, maintenance, and simple tasks like covering and loading & unloading of provisions. YES, the JET DOCK is expensive; however, it proves itself to be the long-term least cost alternative. YES, the JET DOCK is expensive; however, then again, the highest quality and finest products in the World tend to be (e.g., Ferrari, Bentley, OuterLimits, Cigarette, NorTech, etc.).

One of JET DOCK's trademark slogans is: "FOR THE PRIVILEGED FEW . . ."; for good reason!!!

Feel free to contact KENNEDY at Jet Dock Systems, Inc.'s World Headquarters for personal, educated advice pursuant to which lift is most ideal for your situation. If JET DOCK isn't the best alternative for you, the company's integrity is unmatched and they'll advise you what is the best solution for your application.

For performance boats, there's nothing better than a JET DOCK. When your done checking out the consumer photos, take time to check out JET DOCK's military systems. JET DOCK is the premier dry-dock boatlift provider for the United States Coast Guard for their new fleet of 700+ 25 SafeBoats. What's awesome about the JET DOCK is consumers enjoy the same military tough construction and design as the U.S. Military systems. If the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard is choosing JET DOCK over all the other companies, that says volumes about the product. Clearly the military has financial resources to basically purchase whatever they want; their choice of JET DOCK has already done a lot of homework for those trying to determine "What's the best lift on the market today?"
Here's a pic of mine:

Because the dock has pontoons that fill with air to sink or raise the dock, its just like driving your boat on or off at the launch ramps from the trailer. The dock will not hurt your hull either.

No, the steps will not get caught. They custom design every dock to your boat.

It looks like the drives are clear of the water. That looks great, but how do you warm up the engines? Hook up a water hose or do you partially winch the boat off then start up?
