Mc Cloud interiors?

And MTI, and Formula, and Nordic, and Checkmate, and........

or at least they used to...

They used to do only manufacturers for years.
I believe I had already covered Formula and Checkmate. MTI? Was that just the MTI/Fountain cats? I never knew they did Nordic since that is a West Coast boat.

Yeah, from what I understand they only started doing re-fits when the economy started turning. They also do Hustler.

The best upholstery in my area is Al's Custom Upholstery in Mount Holley, NJ. They do most of OL's stuff. I had them do my Scarab some years ago and it came out phenomenal and on time as promised..

They said it would be about 3 weeks about 2 months ago.

I was hoping some one was near by and could check progress and save him a trip.

Ummmmm ...... unfortunately ......... that is SOP in the sport boat world with very , very few exceptions .

3 weeks ..... NOTHING happens in 3 weeks ! :ack2:

I had all this done for under 3 grand, from Mcleod ( I purchased just the skins & recovered myself) it was time consuming but very simple

Nope...we are not McLeod, but we do work with them at times for different projects!

It is possible to redo a complete cockpit interior in three weeks. We redone a 35 Lighting for Tim Brown that I quoted 4 weeks, but had it complete in 3. Read the story here: http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/general-boating-discussion/207169-new-interior.html

My friend got his interior back and is happy with the job. I will be by to see the boat next week to help him finish it up. I will post some pix when I can.
