Is it the Boat House or the Boat Yard.

I saw it Sat night, it seemes to be quite nice.
Rumored that "Flare" Bartenders were going to be pouring, however the girl that was there said it was a no go. But said she would start practicing.
Sweetwater seems to be putting together a nice location there.
The bar is big and spacious, Back patio overlooking the river and slips, and I didn't count but there are a few extra slips that are added as well.
I think it was nice from a night view, something to support my boycott on Fratello's and the Sueple Monopoly in this city.

You got me, it's the Boat Yard. Has 10 slips for boats and the back patio is 6000 sq ft with another bar outside on it
