Texas water tank

Take a look at what shows up at a stock tank in dry weather.

For those of you that have never hunted in South Texas, sometimes they post motion detector cameras at feeders/tanks to see what is going on.

Check out this sequence at a water tank- make sure you make it to the 3rd post!!

What is that in the second picture of post 2? And if I'm not mistaken I recognize the critters in picture #3 of post 3 as illigalis mexicalis intruder vermin, I always heard that it was open season on them all year long in Texas due to their plentifulness, you just couldn't try to capture them and try to tame them for house pets, that would be illegal:rofl::biggrinjester:

I guess they won't let you stake out the stock tank to hunt or their would be a whole lot more of those illigalis mexicalis intruder vermin mounted on walls in Texas.. Kinda like baiting a pasture I guess,,bummer.
