HR suggested I do this. I only left the Co. because they could not place me in AZ, and the commute to Kentucky would be impossible.
HR seemed to think it was a resonable request when I left.
I'll likely be hired to a job I don't want by the end of the week. Already been through interviews, and pee-test. Probably make more than I did back there, but hours/schedule will suck.
The thing that is really ****infg me off is all the people living off the Gov't t!t, and I'm the guy paying in, getting nothing back.
Did you quit or were you laid off or fired? In Texas if you quit that's tough chit you get nothing. If I fire you for some misbehaviour the State may pay unemployment for up to six months, if I lay you off due to lack of work they will pay up to six months and bill me back for most of the benefits. This may also happen if they disagree with a firing which is why the paper trail is so important.
