I don't know how the red dcb ran but the driver soaked Bobbit and pyburn as he cut across the field. I'm sure no mal-content was meant, but people weren't happy.

I wouldn't say that the thousands of people attending a costly boating event saying the economy is fine is indicative of all the other people who can't afford to go because it's not.

Hopefully that's not the case, but people being affected by the problems would be at home so you wouldn't hear/see anything about it.
