They're tidying up details. They were hoping to water test yesterday, but I don't think that happened. Some odds and ends and they should be in by next week.

Were about 95% there. Got the engine hatch back on. That thing is heavy and awkward. 7 guys to install it back on. Saturday went fast so the plan is to fire it up next saturday.

Alright LOTO guys whats the best day to come and leave. Where's the best place to stay. Got my interest and want to check it out this year.

$500 is only at captain rons where the event is held, but its also where the race boats & other top dogs stay. otherwise there is plenty of docks for daily rental at condo complexes.

Get a condo in Osage Beach with a slip. The 500 is at Captain Ron's like BDiggity said. You can get slips much cheaper....hell I'll let you tie up to my dock for nothing. Plenty of slips on the lake, but you'll be limited with a 46'.

Poker Run is on Friday; so I'd recommend coming down for that and staying through Sunday at least.

Exactly...the biggest slips we have are 40ft and you can only hang out 2 ft beyond the drip edge. Some will let you slide but more and more places are getting strict with the length you hang out.
