Ha, that's funny....I was 0:03::03:
Anyway,
Powerboat puts out only 11 issues a year so there is a longer waiting period this time of year in between issues. It really has nothing to do with the economy, it's how it's always been. The magazine is alive and kicking and doing as well as expected through these harsh economic times.
MM, if you can not get ahold of any of the people on that phone list and get the issue resolved, let me know and I can get it resolved for you.
The problem with them not returning your email may have to do with them re-vamping the website (which is a whole nother topic...Going to be a great new website...But they decided no forums, so no comp to anyone here:sifone
Again, if you have no luck, let me know.
On the other magazine topics....Hot Boat is gone...I believe Extreme boats is gone or is very close to being gone....Family Performance boats is gone...Haven't heard from H2O in a whiiiiiiiiile. Extreme boats is up and coming and has an impressive list of employees so far and appears to be getting their feet under them. Powerboat Mag (as I stated) is doing fine and continues to produce the top quality format and content as we've all come to love and expect.

Thanks Tank!!!! I will let you know what I find out. Just need some reading material especially now between seasons. Nothing really to due too cold to go boating around here, to warm to ride sleds!

Negative ghostrider. Powerboat magazine still produces 11 issues a year. I know Extreme boats went to bi-monthly before the rumors of them closing shop were circulating.

Hey Hey....before it was known as Powerboat, it was Hot Boat and before that it was West Coast Boating News.
I have been subscribing and buying off the stand since 1958.....I was racing then too!!!

My Hotboat notice said they did. And for all you youngin's, I've only subscribed to them since 1978 I think. I'll have to check old issues.
