With my new position at HCR-ManorCare,I do alot projects and renovations,I have 66 facilities thru all of Ohio,4-around Indy, One in Kentucky, Looking for good contractors for :
General construction
Paving/sealcoating
Concrete/masonary
Plumbing
HVAC/Mechanical
Electrical
Painting
drywall
flooring/carpet/VCT/sheet goods
ManorCare in not a union shop but ocassionly uses them, THEY PAY PROMPTLY. USUALLY 30 DAYS. So if you in the trades e-mail me@ dmcginty@hcr-manorcare.com

My main gig is construction management but I do a good deal of subcontracting as well. Mainly Framing, Drywall, concrete, and excavating. It would have to be a fairly big project to make sense for me though. I have been involved in several assisted living/retirement homes. Let me know if you need anything.
