Hi gang! Hope everyone is well. Been a rough week. We fired our one full time employee on Monday after receiving a call that $1500 worth of scrap had been taken from one of our customer's facilities (who also happens to be friends of ours). Rob found all the scrap in the back of his van. Sheriffs showed up, he confessed, we loaded his personal stuff that was in our shop in his van and fired him.

So it's been a week of betrayal, kicks in the gut, finding people to cover daily work that needs to be covered and that sort of thing.

Things will be fine and we'll get past this. Just will be a quiet week for me as I'm not sasssy, bi*chy, just quiet for right now.

We are here for you. Sorry about losing a friend. Sucks he stole from you.:boxing_smiley:

Sorry to hear about this. These situations are very dificult. You will get past it, and you did the right thing. The good news is there are many GOOD people looking for work right now. Time to move onward and upward!

Barb that's a bummer, had he been with you long. I have friends that own an office cleaning company, it's sort of their after hour business unfortunately for them they seem to have so much trouble keeping good help that they have to do a lost of the cleaning themselves. Since the job market is soft you might wind up finding an extremely good replacement, Good luck

Jann I am still here, but I got to go sell some filters, like most places sales are soft and a lot of the workers are on part time, it' up to me and just one other guy to do the selling to keep these people working. Hey does anyone need any filters
