40 MPH wind here, cold and grey, record rains have rivers flooding and puddles are everywhere. Just a yucky day all around. We still have snow in parts of the neighborhood. Our streets suck, they have been wet for the last month, they are old, cracked, filled with pot holes and have poor drainage. When they built this neighborhood they put in few drains but a lot of culverts. We don't have one in front our our house, but at the end of the street there are some. I think they look tacky and are always muddy. Some people have built little bridges over theirs so they can get to their mailboxes. The other day I drove to a new sub a mile away and what a pleasure it was to walk on even streets that were dry because they seemed to have a drain about every 15 houses or so. Sorry for the rant, I think I am crabby today, to many months of being stuck indoors, I want spring to sprung, or the heck with spring lets jump right into summer
