Well it's not done yet but getting there and hopefully back in the water soon.

I'm having the Interior redone and installing a new Stereo the new paint was done by Mark Morris at Visual Imagination, adding a small Swim Platform and finally were replacing the XR/ITS drives with new ASD-7M Arneson Surface drives which has been a pretty large undertaking.

What was involved with the drive switch?

besides some transom items it was a pretty straight forward switch...motors remained in the same location and it turned out pretty good....

Here's a few of the drives once they were finished...had to upgrade my lift to an 18K and change it from a back-in to a pull-in arrangement which makes it much easier to dock by your self...
