Anyway my response is that I have known Rick for 15 years and I think Rick is a good guy, Now that being said I still believe after reading this thread that Rick needs to stand up and pay the full amount he owes. Times may be bad but Audiofn did the work for you.

I thought he was a good guy also and I still do think he is a good guy. Just does not pay his bills, so I would not ever want to do business with him again. If this was for labor I would probably have forgotten about it long ago but this is for equipment that went into HIS boat not mine. What he does not seem to realize is that if he had paid the damn bill he would have gotten the money back in drinks and partying, but that is MY decision NOT HIS. So it comes down to what is your reputation worth...

I have not seen Rick in a couple of years but I had heard that he took the boat out and crashed it pretty good. I forget the details since it was a while ago. I think you will find him easier on the SCOPEINFO.com website then here. Good luck with this

I am not trying to work off rumors. auiofn seems like he has a very stand up story and if my memory serves me right Rick was in the real estate business which in southern calif has gone upside down. I am in no way standing up for Rick. I enjoyed his company both in boating in newport beach and at havasu, thats the extent of my relationship with him.
