Here is the plan
Meet at the Hudson Water club (www.hudsonwaterclub.com) at 10 am. Leave there at 11am and head South to NYC, Statue of Liberty and head out of the Harbor to the Ocean. (Depending upon Weather and Water Conditions). From there, we will head back up to the Hudson Water Club for lunch where there will be a band on the outdoor patio and the restaurant will be expecting us and all attendees. Later on lets go boating again, somewhere around 3-4pm we can head back out onto the river and head up to the Bear Mtn Bridge or possibly the Newburgh Beacon depending upon what time we leave. Once we are done, we can trailer over to the Hudson Water Club once again and have dinner and some shop talk.
Tim Sharkey will be taking photos and Will from Heavy Metal Concepts will be taking video.
Launching:
Launching can be done at the Cannonball Yacht Club for $25 per vessel. They are able to accommodate all vessels. GLH with Drambuie on Ice was able to launch last year without an issue. The physical address is 29 Hudson Dr Stony Point NY 10980.
Fuel can be obtained at Liberty Landing Marina. 89 Octane or at Panco near the restaurant as well.
Please give me a head count so I can make sure we have ample seating.
See you all there!

We are in for 6.
What about dock space? Unless they changed the docking at the water club (which they may have done with renovation) it is going to be an issue. Normally you can only fit about 6 (25 ft) boats there. Might have to make arrangements with Cannonball / Willow Cove for parking. If I can help let me know. Ill be there this weekend.
Looking forward to this run, thanks for putting it together.Last edited by Tantrum; 03-23-2010 at 05:06 PM.

chris, they did change the docks later last year. they do have more space. they now have long fingers sticking out from the main dock we docked on last year. depending on the amount of boats it still could be an issue.

I'd like to get at least one test-drive before the run if times permits... Fingers crossed the new baby goes smoothly... I'm going to guess about 4 in my crew.
See ya'll on the ocean!
