The other one today was the hospital org offering to give back 155 billion over the next 10 years to pay for the new health care program.

Its funny, I think that only like 8m people in California voted during the last election. I love asking people whether they voted when they start to complain... Blows me away that there are people out there who care enough to make it a daily discussion topic but still don't vote. (I honestly just assume all you guys vote, because you're you all aren't total asshats).
