New for 2024 WMO is happy to announce Adelaide Pointe Powerboat Weekend at the brand new marina on Muskegon lake.

You’re invited to the Adelaide Pointe Powerboat Weekend on June 21-22, 2024.

AAPW Schedule of Events

Friday, June 21

2pm- Boats start to arrive at Adelaide Pointe

4:30- Muskegon Brewing Company is open for food and drinks.

5pm- AP Dock party begins

5pm-9pm- Band Rock Shop plays at Event Tent

9pm- Events for day conclude

Saturday, June 22

10:30am- Drivers meeting at Muskegon Brewing Company.

12:15pm- Boats begin to leave AP and group up in Muskegon Lake.

12:30pm- Boats head across Muskegon lake towards channel.

12:45pm-- Parade of power through channel behind Aquastar.

1:00pm- Head north to Whitehall for first stop then, Pigeon Lake, Grand Haven, Muskegon Lake with final stop back at AP.

4:30-6pm- Poker hand turn in at Muskegon Brewing Company event center.

6pm- Dinner is served at Muskegon Brewing Company along with a fun night of events.

9pm- AAPW concludes.

Adelaide Pointe Marina officially opens to public

The Adelaide Pointe Marina on Muskegon Lake had its grand opening on Wednesday.

The marina offers numerous amenities, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, a captain's lounge, a pool and an outdoor kitchen.

Adelaide Pointe also announced that it's donating office space to the Muskegon County Sheriff's Department and its marine patrol unit.

There are more than 60 transient slips in the marina for boaters across the region. Founders said they hope this will boost tourism within the Muskegon community.

"Our priority at Adelaide Pointe has always been to provide top-notch services to boaters while ensuring the seamless integration of public access to this stunning site," said Ryan Leestma, owner and founder of Adelaide Pointe. "We are thrilled to finally open our doors and welcome boating enthusiasts from near and far to experience the beauty of Muskegon Lake."

A schedule of summer events being held at the marina was also released:
