I work in health care. "Internal organ meltdown" sounds pretty serious.

If his doctor does not sign a release allowing him to compete, he will not be able to compete.

I also think June would make sure he is healthy enough before she would let him get in a boat.

And my guess is Bobcat's choices may be pretty good ones. Or possibly Anthony?
