Trying to figure something else out..

I know I get a bit dense, and have my moments... but I am trying to figure out how 2.5 million ***** people can get into washington dc for the inauguration, when no personal vehicles could get within miles of the place. All in extremely cold weather.

Yet 1/2 a million can't travel 75 miles to get out of the way of a hurricane with 5 days notice.....
