I need a price and availability to move a Sea Ray 280 Sundancer from Smith Mountain Lake, VA to Conway, SC. Need transporter with trailer as the boat does not have a trailer. Trading my motorhome (which seldom gets used anymore and for which there is essentially no market either) for a cruiser and getting a fair amount of difference (which never hurts). It's a 2001 280 Sundancer and it's pretty well equipped. Since I can't get a septic permit for the property on Sandy Island, something like that will suffice for a place to sleep and to use the bathroom while I figure out a way to get an engineered system that the state will approve so we can have a bathroom and plumbing on that property. Also been wanting to take a trip up the intercoastal to your part of the country and see the sights between here and there by water, and my wife says I don't have a boat now that she would do that in, so this should work for that as well. I was hoping to trade the Fountain for a cruiser or houseboat but nothing has came along to entertain, so I guess instead of deleting a boat, I'll add another. When are you coming back down to the beach?

With Lance's 2 and my pontoon this will make 6 in the family, but with any luck we'll sell something one of these days. Took the Fountain to Lake Murray for a poker run after you tuned it in early April and it ran great and gave no problems at all, but haven't had it in the water since. You did a great job on the new engines, and everything worked flawlessly. Planning on going to Lake Murray again this weekend but will probably take the Party Cat unless it is just Lance and I, and then we might take the Fountain. Lance is not here now, but I'll ask him about you logo's and get him to call you tomorrow morning.
