Top Mount Single Lever Control w/trim

Need a top mount single lever control box for a Merc Outboard - A customer thinks if it doesn't move push with your feet ..... broke the gear around the shaft which is no longer in production ..... it's the old style round shaft t handle if anyone has one or the gear, pin, spring etc... please let me know!

Need 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 in this diagram.
