Just an idea while sitting at work. Would anyone be interested in a 1acre parcel, custom home lot fully developed. Located right off Las Vegas Blvd. South. It has potential to be rezoned commercial. I own it out right and would consider a Cigarette for a down and I would carry the difference. I was offered 700K for it and at the time was going to build. Keep in mind if it goes commercial it would be worth over a 1,000,000. Where the market is today I would consider 500K. Don't be afraid to ask!
