Honestly, the judge or CSEA are to blame once DNA proved he was not the father.

He's not the first father to be told he had to pay for a child that wasn't his. I totally don't understand how any person can be held responsible for paying for a child that is not theirs, but it happens more than we know.

That is just sooo wrong. I don't believe in suing for the sake of it, but this guy should sue the whore with the kid and the judge / state. Just another reason for me to never have kids....

Yep- I'd get DNA on any kid that was said to me mine 7 minutes after the child was born. I know 1/2 dozen that were suckered in to paying for one that ended up not being theirs..

I michigan if you are married to the woman when the child is born you will be the one paying for it no matter who the sperm doner is.
