The finished product...

2TR

Competitor
Better late than never... Once the boat was finished, rigged with a couple engines and tested once the project was shelved, found out I have cancer.
Every thing is going great now but surgery and radiation treatments pretty much killed the rest of my summer..

Couple finished pictures.. Boat ran just over 100mph with stock props and deep drives. 104 maybe with a little set up ????

Front style "flat glass" windshield looks great with the existing lines on the boat.

The canopy lids are easy to enter and exist the boat.

Rear passenger canopy lid (no seats installed as of yet)

Just a ton of room in the rear.. you could sleep comfortable in back.

Drivers compartment. - Looking back I would have raised the seat height to clear the fuel tanks and widened the cockpit area. I was so hell bent on lowering the C.G. I lost some creature comforts.
012 - Inside Canopy Star Side.jpg

Very pleased with the side profile and shape. The canopy blends perfectly into the hull.

Very pleased with the overall transformation - Gary and I added new front lift rings and pulled the boat off the trailer and weight it. Than we weighted the complet package.. I'm going to double check the weight because the boat lost some serious lbs or the yard scale is off.. I dont think I shaved over 400lbs.

So, if I bring a boat over, can you do the same modification a lot faster now that you know how?
