Exemplary customer service...

I called Mark on Monday inquiring about the best bearing replacement for my Myco Trailer.

After a great conversation on the ins and outs of the Chinese bearings that came with my trailer, and most other trailers, the differences between them and the Timken and other American products, I placed my order on Monday afternoon; and had a full set of 14 bearings and 7 seals in my hands on Wednesday morning. Plus he provided guidance and instruction on how to insure proper seal assembly so as not to damage the intricate rear axle seals.

That my friends, is how you do it; and do it well.

Thanks Mark!

Sooooo......Did you get The Timkens??? Good Choice (I work for Timken) We have been having problems with chinese Knock-offs, Some Packages say Timyen. same colors and everything on the box, but Sh*t poor Quailty...

Yep, I bought Timken. I can get Chinese crap down the street. I've used it before with no issues, but I wanted the good stuff since I'm not in a rush.

I had one hub with a bad rear seal blowing grease everywhere. When I tore it apart, I found out the bearings were roaring when I was just spinning the hub only. I'm about to do an 8 hour roundtrip tow in a few weeks; so I wanted to fix what I thought was just a seal issue.

Then I find out how different and intricate the seal is on the Dexter axle that Myco uses. The seal actually rotates inside of itself, and even though it is for a grease axle/hub, it mimics the design of an oil bath axle/hub, which is good.

Again, I thank Mark for 'splaining everything and making sure I had the right parts as close to immediately as I could hope for.

Now I have to go get my hands dirty.

So it's not Myco but Dexter that uses poor quality bearings?

The last dealing i had with Dock aka THE MAN O LEISURE was a great one. Asked for a case of his special wheel bearing grease and a raffle ticket, got the grease and won a new HARLEY. Try and beat that for good service. Mark even offered to trailer the bike to Jacksonville for me.

I met Doc in Jax a few years ago, and all I can say, is he's a class act.
