The storms hit Lake St Clair, just as I was pulling the boat out of the water. It was pretty cool seeing all the lightning on land as we were coming in. It was light out behing us and we were driving into a wall of black clouds. Got the cover snapped on the boat right when it started sprinkling then all hell broke loose!

We came through a couple rounds on the way home from Michigan City. It rained hard enough to raise the pool over 3 inches.

The news said 6.3" of rain in Lapeer County

We got started yesterday afternoon, Nascar race at the Glen was called off till today and we are getting slammed now more so than yesterday so now it has been raining for over 24hrs. The small creek in my back yard that is normally about 6" deep and 2 ft wide is now 2 ft deep and 8ft wide and rising.:ack2:

We got hit real bad in Crystal Beach. Sat on the lower deck at the beach club and watched the storm roll through. You could see massive black clouds all the way down the lake to Buffalo. Our cottage is now water front hahah
