SS7M / Scorpion 24

This thread is for info/pics/stories of the 7 Meter Carrera which was later sold to Julio Devarona who made a few more under the Scorpion SS moniker.
It was a 24x7 with a raised/tall deck , one of the few 24x7s to have a useable cabin. Built like a tank it is still in demand even after 30+ years in the P5 and P6 class as a raceboat . I dont think there is a better 24ft boat anywhere for real offshore running. Available with everything from twin 165hp straight 6 Mercruiser , single smallblock,single bigblock and even a few twin small blocks (though working on the last one is a biatch )

As far as I know Julio did not change anything so I consider the Scorpion to be same as the Carrera for all purposes. :)
Brothers in arms as it were..
