2 stroke? with those, power really doesnt come bolt on. The porting on the engine needs to be massaged. a little head work for msv helps too.

Shave the heads, cut the exhaust tuner and find a bigger set of carbs. Add a 5 inch jack plate/raise the motor and a better prop. I had a 14 foot whaler with a 70 Yammie modified that ran 68-69MPH all day long.

Where are you located? Check on screamandfly, bunch of guys over there capable of modifying it. OR just buy a bigger powerhead:sifone:
