Slow Internet?

My connection has been running slow for the last couple weeks. I thought it might have something to do with work they're doing on the lines around here. Then it hit me- I haven't done this in a while-

did you run all of them, Search and Destroy, RunAlyzer, FileAlyzer and RegAlyzer?

I've been using Spybot S&D for years. I run it every week.

S&D. I looked at the others. I'd have tried them had I had any clue what they did.

i had spy bot years back and it was great, then went to ad aware and it worked fine. after seeing this I tried it again, ran ad aware first, then spy bot. spy bot picked up registry changes that ad aware didnt. certain cookies and traffic cookies will alter registry from default and slow you down tremendously as it makes the comp take the long way around. I removed ad aware this morning.

I downloaded spybot a couple months ago because someone on here said it was awesome... and they were right!

To keep your PC happy and fast, run Ad-Aware and Spy-Bot S&D every week.

I also, run Crap Cleaner, now called ccleaner. It gets rid of all the junk cluttering up your drive.

And defrag your drive every month or so.
