sample lease for condo

I have someone interested in renting my condo (which I will do if I can't sell it). A guy tonight is coming back to look at it for the 3rd time which is promising.

Anyway - I want to be prepared for the possibility of renting. Anyone know where I can get a sample lease contract?

You should be able to find a lease agreement form at Office Depot or some other office supply store.
