It was interesting to look over the boats and their design. We all pretty much decided they were too quiet, but they certainly seemed to handle well. I'd put their top speed in the area of 70mph as an estimate. Same as Class 6.

I almost ended up driving one, but there was just not enough time to get all my credentials in placed and go at the last minute.

Tyler and Simmons ran the one, they broke down, and they had to be rescued by the pace boat so they could get to their SVS boat for the very next heat.....

If you have the inside lane, it's tough for the others to get around.....


One of these days I'll have to try it out.....
