is that texas race in Galveston bay?

From what I hear it will actually be in Clear Lake. They have had them in the Lake before when the bay was rough. But I hear now the Bay is way to busy with commercial traffic to hold a race in it.

I hope what I hear is wrong. Too many lake "Offshore" races already.......
