I thought that Latitude Powerboats purchased the original molds and were making CC's?

I am guessing that these were the original pre'96 molds. they look like they are still in good shape. Would make a nice center console hull especially the 28', or a new joker boat?

1994 I did a new 33 Hull Mold for Danny he stopped using the old (Cobra) Mold then, I think that Mold sold for 12K.
