Owner's of the Dan Ellison outrigger hull hope to set a new world speed record using RGR/Monty Racing V-8 power by the end of this year .

Dan shipped the main fuselage to Florida where a thin wall 4130 chrome molly frame could be built ...

Dan Ellison drag boat hull. Drag boats these days are twin props, so would this count as a four-pointer or a six-pointer?

I know they are building a drag boat to run in the Lucas Oil series. Those picture's are the first I have seen of the boat.
The one that's here in Florida is a RGR/Monty Racing powered outboard called , Twisted.

Hey , lighten up , it's only taken me 4 month's to reply ... :toetap05:

The motor started out as a "refrigerator" 250 - 300 Johnrude . Bout the only thing left that came in an original motor is the block , crank and rods . The lower is a factory F-1 unit from days gone by ...

Two E-Tech throttle bodies sectioned and welded together ...

They said , A stock mid and clamp is about 125 lbs. If you can make us something close to 40 lbs , we'll take it ... This as it sits , came in @ 13 lbs ....
