His new movie "Gran Torino",doesn't hit the theaters till 1-09-09.We watched it last night from some free website Karen found. WTF? I feel like I cheated someone out of their money. How can the movie folks survive things like this? BTW,great movie,Clint rocks,Dirty Harry 2009 almost.:)
 
I rate it a 10,I'm a big Clint Eastwood fan,I am also old,Clint is old,and still kicks butt like the old days,so I like that. The ending is causing some controversy,but I agree with the way it came down.
 
my cousin had a 72 gran torino with a similar color scheme, 351 cleveland. I am a big eastwood fan, can't wait for it to be on netflix ( I am not allowed out of the house)

That must've been one of those boot legged pirated copies you saw on the internet.

I know the execs do not like that sh!t! Most of those pirated movies are video'd from sneak peaks. Others are quick burns from editing (at places like Technicolor or the companies that mass produce the film reels and DVDs that are used for exec screenings).

My neighbor is a producer for Ridley and Tony Scott. When he did American Gangster I was partying at his house (drinking) and said I saw the movie on a pirated disk. :ack2: Needless to say, he wasn't happy:sifone: He's the one working on the Don Arronow too.

Saw it last night, pretty good movie.

Definetely not for the politically correct crowd:D

I've got to watch it again, so I can pick up
on the lines that you didn't hear due to the laughter
of the rest of the theater.
