Need to find a fuel/water separator filter

I have been using the perma cool head with there fuel/water separator filter # 81000 and now they are outta stock or back ordered. It has a 1"-14 thread on it. Do anyone make such thing as a high flow filter? If have to choose another one might as well find the better one. Does anyone have a part#'s that would fit this head?

what brand name is the best for this filter?
