I'm involved in organizing Poker Runs up here and for my edification and for the benefit of others doing the same I would like some feedback for everyone's best interests.

So here goes...Answer this.

WHAT WAS THE VERY BEST POKER RUN YOU HAVE ATTENDED...EVER...AND WHY??????????

The location...town ..water..

Did a new boat show up for its inaugeral run

Did a specific event happen that you enjoyed ( ie. GINO vs Cat Killer )

Was it the banquet

Were you raising money for a specific charity and it was successful

Is it cuz there is always a big crowd watching dockside

WTF made it the BEST ONE EVER????

Boyne Thunder 2005,great weather,great turn out,no negitive pressure from economy or gas prices,carnaval in park for the kids,just all around fun weekend!

KW since I am from MD and love FL (only one I've been to in FL I'm sure I'd love them all)

JOTJ- every thing! Long run with small and big water, great people (rednecks with boats; nothing stuffy about them), awesome parties from the starting dock to the lunch stop til THE DOCK PARTY til dinner.

1000 Islands..
scenery...people are so friendly..and everything is right at the marina..
you can walk to everything...but we have just done poker runs in the northeast...

1000 Islands is the best one I have been in. You have to do it to know just how fun it is.....BUT if all goes well KW is on the 2009 agenda so we will have to see.......BZ

Only been to the Chicago poker run, so I cannot comment
