Need help in Denver CO
I have a Bid coming up in Denver that has been moved to November 26th at 2PM the day before Thanksgiving.

I usually fly an employee to deposit the submissions of this kind but in their infinite wisdom the civil servant running the bid just moved the bid date from next Monday to that date. (might be in order to discourage out of town bidders but let's assume they are not that devious...)

Essentially I need someone to go to that Government Office and deposit the Bid at a specific office.

Somewhat simple but bids of this kind cannot be overnighted and it is now to late to book a flight into Denver at the date they are doing this.

Charter a plane.
You might be surprised at how reasonable it really can be. For our company, if we have usually 3 or more people needing to go to a meeting or whatever for short notice, it's cost effective to just hire a local charter. The plane waits and you never have to deal with hotels & wasted time in an airport.
