.MOV video file help please!

I took some vids with my camera and need to put em thru the movie maker to make 1 video. Any suggestions? Windows movie maker dont support that file as its apple quicktime stuff. Need help its a dyno video!!

You could try this. I have no experience with it, I just Goggled mov to avi and it was one of many converters listed.
