Maybe the drain is stopped up and the hot side faucet drips.

Something I would have done back in my early 20's. Me and a buddy rented an really old 5 bedroom house for $200 a month. Cool we thought, plenty of money left over to have parties every weekend. Trouble was, the house was falling apart. Plumbing was constantly clooged or not working. Heat worked sometimes, only one phone jack worked... ect. We did have our parties every weekend, you just had to bring a coat and pi$$ outside.

That keeps the bowl and tank from sweating.:26: If you look carefully the sink does look like it is clogged, the water is up to the overflow and I would guess the faucet is dripping.:rofl:
