Meanhile...amidst a national financial crisis...$10M for cambodian education.

Why don't we just lay off everyone at Fort Knox, and open the doors?
It'd be quicker.

Tim, now that's just silly! We can't do that because then the money would end up going to Americans... Sheesh. How is the government going to bankrupt the country if they give the money to people who live here...

Fort Knox wasn't far from me in Kentucky.
Those guys will raid that place faster than anyone else can get there, and then spend it all at WalMart, effectively sending all the money to China for cheap crap.
Come'on Sean, you have to think this through like a game of Chess, gotta look at the next move:sifone::biggrinjester:

And plenty of tasty tasty Bourbon!

Knox is home to the US Army Armor Center. They have a couple hundred M1A2's sitting around and that's where we teach soldiers and Marines how to use them.

I saw a couple hundred M1's in G-1. You're much further off digging up your own gold.
;)

Last time we were down there, at the Patton museum, there was some sort of goofy looking chopper taking off that had 4 Apache Longbows as an escort. I'm guessing the contentes of the center chopper was fairly important...just a guess though. :D
