A few years ago they told me they would sell my boat within a certain number of days and they already had a buyer waiting. All BS. After 2 months I demanded and got my money back.

sounds like this company we tried to use to sell our timeshare couple yrs ago. paid $500 & they told us they garaunteed they would sell it for our asking price in 6mos or double money back. well bout 2 months in to it, we saw others were lower, so we dropped ours some to stay in line. after 6mos i said we want our $1k since u didnt sell it. their response was since we didnt stick to our original pricing, the offer was void. we ended up keeping the place but i filed a complaint.
