K&N filter cleaning

Anyone using an aftermarket cleaner solvent? What else works besides the K&N stuff. I do use their oil and have lots of that but the cleaner is always gone long before the oil.

For 30+ yrs I've washed them out with hot water and lots of Dawn dish soap. Blow them out GENTLY and let them dry before oiling. But I'm a motorcycle guy...
