Jeep Wrangler guys

I faught the death wobble for years on my old Wrangler. After balancing, alignment, replacing pitman arm, tie rod ends, and steering shaft ends it ended up being a bad ball joint on the drivers side. Do a google search for death wobble and you will find tons of info on it.

Just went through the exact same thing at 13,000 miles on my 05 Wrangler Unlimited. Would almost yank the wheel out of your hands. It ate the stock Goodyears in 8,000 miles. Have some 265/70 Pirelli's on it now.

Didn't check the alignment yet, but new stabilizer, shocks, balance all 4 and life is good (for now).

After reading all the threads about it alignment is next.

Actually I should have read them before I bought it!
