I have a question about Hydrodock International. My brother bought a used hydrodock lift locally in MD and then ordered and paid for a set of bunk frames from the manufacturer, HydroDock International Opa Locka FL., to fit his Bullet. He received the new aluminum frames but the welds were inferior and some were broken on arrival. He sent the frames back. The owner, David, is dragging his feet and will not give him a delivery date. Just a "you'll get them when I send them". This has been going on for a couple of months.
My question: Is this the way this guy does business and has anyone had similar experiences?
Advice welcomed.
Thanks
Jeff
