Here in Michigan, our local congressman has been sending out flyers bragging about how much they have done for us. It says that they secured something like 448,500,000 dollars in federal money to save 1900 jobs in our state. there was a list of the jobs, teachers, researchers, i dont remember what else. So i did the math on it, i guess they dont think we can do math, and it comes out to 236,000 dollars per job saved, not created, that probably pay 40k a year. they totally ignore the fact that michigan has lost over a million jobs in the past few years and our enemployment is the highest in the country. do they think we are that stupid, that they are going to blow their horns about this?
