Must be either the bow deck carpeting or the rare, elusive Chrysler 318 "yellows."

Nothing as safe and comfy as bow carpeting when you have to go out an attach the tow cable to the bow eye.

The engines do start and run but will need carb work and tune-ups
Wiring issues are present at the dash
New shift and throttle cables will be needed
There are no props on the boat
The hull appears sound but is in definite need of cosmetic attention
The interior also will need work

That should take care of it.
