Went nice with paneling.

As a matter-o-fact it was indeed paneling. Also had a free-standing gas furnace in the living room.
Well, who am I kidding, the living room was also the Kitchen and the bedroom.
But I did have tape laid out on the floor to designate where the "doors" and "walls" were.
I had a real door that went to the bathroom.
But that was well before I moved to Cincinnati. I hung my hat in a few towns before then.

Funny, now that I think about it, 8 yrs later I was living in almost an identical apartment with my now wife.

But, me and Weezy moved on up to a double-wide on the east side Took a lot of trying, but now we live on the side of the mountain...

Oh jeez, that was bad, even for me...
But, between the lines and innuendo, it's actually true.

I would hate to even mention the carpet in my parents house's bedrooms - it's original from when I grew up. Yellow/brown/white sculpted shag.
I guess they are trying to keep the house "numbers matching"
